PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Refurbishment, Extensions and New build on the site of a former Police station to provide 218 New student accommodation studio units and leisure facilities. Reuse of the existing 5 storey concrete framed main building, two storey lightweight rooftop extensions to the 3 storey elements, structural assessment and strengthening works including full façade renewal. Provision of new 5 storey steel framed extension deep cellular raft foundations, with associated roads, car parking and drainage.
