All Saints View, Houghton Regis Central

All Saints View is a mixed use Independent living scheme for people aged 55 and over. It will include 168 one and two bedroom apartments, 6 No. retail units, restaurants, residents amenities, healthcare facilities and large undercroft car parking in a large town centre site. The scheme also includes the Grade II listed Red House with a phased construction to allow for an existing Red House Court extra care facility to decamp to the new scheme.
