PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Restoration and conversion of an existing heritage building to form 21 residential apartments, this scheme involved the restoration of a high street façade and the strengthening and opening up of existing wrough and cast iron structure to create additional accommodation on new floors over the existing upper storeys.
