All Saints View is a mixed use Independent living scheme for people aged 55 and over. It will include 168 one and two bedroom apartments, 6No. retail units, restaurants, residents amenities, healthcare facilities and large undercroft car parking in a large town centre site. The scheme also includes the Grade II listed Red House with a phased construction to allow for an existing Red House Court extra care facility to decamp to the new scheme.
